I am M.Balasubramanian, S/o. Murugesa Pillai, Hindu aged about 52 years now working as Inspector of Police, XXXXXXX Police Station, XXXXXXXXX District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows.
I am the Inspector of Police, XXXXXXXXXXPolice Station and the investigating officer of the above case in Cr.No.245/08 u/s 457, 511 IPC and I know the facts of the case well.
I submit that during investigation it reveals that the above said accused along with attempt to temple hundial thefts of Arulmigu Katchepeswarar Koil at XXXXXXXX. In this accused finger print tallied above case.
I submit that the above accused was arrested XXXXXXX Police Station, XXXXXX District on 06.07.11 in Cr.No.76/11 u/s 457, 511 IPC and he was lodged in XXXXXX Sub Jail in connection with the above case.
I submit that the above case is under investigation and some important sources of evidence has to be collected in connection with the involvement crime case of the above accused and to recover the properties from the accused.
I further submit that it is just and necessary to have the above said accused with the custody of the police for the period of 3 days from 21.07.11 to 23.07.11.
I submit that the above accused would be feed under the Government cost.
I submit that the above accused will not be put to any harassment and torture either bodily or in mind during the custody of police.
Hence, I pray that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to grant custody of the above said accused for the investigation for 3 days from 21.07.11 to 23.07.11 in the interest of justice.
